IRS and courts approve two-car tax deduction

September 1, 2011

In my recent article titled Find New Tax Deductions with Two-Car Tax Strategies, I outlined money-making strategies you could use to cut your tax bill.

In my new article, I’ll explain some recent and important IRS and tax court decisions and explain why they’re good news for you!

If you want to put more cash in your pocket, I urge you to read my new article titled Tax Tips: How the IRS and Courts Have Approved the Two-Car Tax-Deduction Strategy?

Three ways our fact-filled article can help you:

  1. We’ll explain the favorable ruling in Melvin. One of the things that makes the Melvin decision so important is that it was a “regular” Tax Court decision: i.e., a decision that the Tax Court regards as binding precedent. Get all the facts when you read the full article.
  2. We’ll tell you about the important World of Service case. In World of Service, Mr. and Mrs. Johnson used three automobiles for business and personal purposes. Again, the court had no problem with the taxpayers using three cars in their business. You’ll find out more when you read the full article.
  3. You’ll learn how Marcia was able to get a tax break on FIVE vehicles. That’s right. Marcia, a salesperson, owned three cars and two vans. Because she does not use them at the same time she was able to claim deductions on all five vehicles. Want to find out more? Read the full article.
